Booking Conditions and Cancellation Charge

DEPOSIT

A £25.00 non-refundable deposit is charged per room, per night at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Room bookings cancelled after 12.00 noon one day prior to arrival or in the case of a non-arrival, the first night will be charged for.

CHECK IN

Rooms are available by 3.00pm, departure by 10.30am.

VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%.

PAYMENT

Cash, personal cheque drawn on a UK bank account with a cheque guarantee card and the following credit cards are accepted: Visa / Mastercard / Debit & Credit / Switch & Solo.

PETS

Sorry no pets allowed.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is only permitted in the garden area.

TARRIFF

Please note our standard tarriff will change at Christmas and New Year.
